Due to hygiene issues and the custom nature of our product, we will consider exchange only for hair, bundles, closures and frontals. Exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.

To process an exchange you must contact us at ivicbeauty@yahoo.com within (5) days of receipt of your order [Determined by your shipment tracking].

You will be responsible for return shipping and a small restocking fee.
